Refund & Cancellation Policy

Courses & Workshops

At Gypsy Soul Pottery, every class, workshop, membership, and studio session is intentionally kept small to provide the best experience for our community. Because your registration reserves a space that cannot always be filled, all purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop, please notify us as soon as possible.

Studio Memberships & Independent Sessions

Studio members are responsible for reserving their own independent studio time. If you are unable to attend a reserved session, we ask that you cancel your reservation as early as possible so another member may use the space.

Missed reservations or no-shows are forfeited and are not eligible for refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or rescheduling.

Gypsy Soul Pottery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or studio sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be offered to transfer to another available session or a full refund if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.
